Sales Forecast Manager
With the Sales Forecast Manager (HYP module), you can translate sales forecasts for one or more years into potential orders that are injected into the existing plan. These potential orders are based on project and product models. Quantities and dates are automatically taken into account to enable you to evaluate the impact of the sales forecast on the existing portfolio of firm orders. This helps to respond to the related resource requirements in the best possible way, in particular through the simulations that the APS module enables you to carry out.

Financial Simulation Manager
The FIN module performs advanced financial simulations that are coupled with the use of the APS module. Based on various cost and pricing models associated with resources and activities, the FIN module is able to calculate the cash curves accurately. This is the result of the dynamic planning and scheduling of your project and resource portfolios. It also allows you to determine the financial added value of a potential new project or resource. This enables management to make quick decisions regarding the real value of new orders and investments. The use of the simulations offered by the APS module, coupled with the FIN module, makes it possible to optimize not only the company’s profit but also its future cash flows.

Price & Material Manager
The Price and Material Manager (the ART module) allows you to upload the article and raw material database stored in your ERP system to PlanningForce. The objective is to allow the planner to test several production scenarios and to run the FIN module simultaneously whilst taking into account cost elements related to production. This prepares the optimization that will be done in a second step at the level of the MRP module of the ERP system.
