Customer Support Consultant
As a Customer Support Consultant, you provide functional support to our customers and assist sales managers in preparing and performing demonstrations.

- You provide support to customers, while ensuring a good relationship with them
- You detect and analyze customer problems
- You test PlanningForce solutions
- You manage demo environments
- You generate and update functional and technical documentation
- You perform functional analyses
Details of the role
- Customer Support
- Provide second line customer support
- Report unresolved issues to Team Leader
- Liaise with client and company resources to organize installation, upgrades, training, etc.
- Testing
- Design test procedures
- Carry out the tests
- Write test reports
- Bugs and anomalies analysis
- Identify the conditions of appearance of bugs and anomalies
- Suggest the source of the appearance of bugs and anomalies
- Produce analysis reports
- Training
- Provide training to customer either online or in customer’s office
- User manual updates
- Liaise with the Team Leader Development for updating purposes
- Identify needs for updating and improving user manuals
- Write text and integrate screenshots
- Business cases
- Write or adapt business cases
- Suggest new business cases or adaptations/improvements to existing business cases
- Demonstrations
- Prepare and maintain the various demonstrations environments
- Prepare demonstrations of PlanningForce for sales or seminar purposes
- Present PlanningForce at webinars and seminars
Your background and competencies
- You have a degree in business management or in computer science (bachelor’s or university degree).
- You have at least 3 years of experience as business analyst or in a similar position
- You have some notions of programming
- You are interested as much in new technologies as in mastering business aspects
- You are familiar with agile development environments
- You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus
