The products in the ‘Planning and Scheduling’ category have been developed to meet the needs of finite capacity planning when a large number of activities and resources need to be planned. Planning horizons range from one day to several years. They also allow you to carry out simulations, record the progress of activities and steer planning across different levels, departments and actors, both internally and externally.

Once you’ve understood that it is not another typical project planning tool, you are ready to benefit from the most powerful and intuitive management tool existing today.

The products in the “Operations & Execution” category are operational products specialized in the different sectors where PlanningForce is present. On the one hand, these products allow you to retrieve the planning in order to organize it in an operational way. This takes into account the peculiarities of the different sectors of activity. On the other hand, they also make it possible to capture the progress of activities, and to record and react to events that occur during the execution of tasks.

It is hard to imagine the impact that a change to a solution like PlanningForce can have on our operations and on the overall dynamics of the company.

The products in the “Analytics & Reporting” category allow you to record and structure all the data stored in PlanningForce databases for advanced analysis and online reporting. They can also be extended to external sources of data to perform cross-analyzes and produce advanced dashboards.

PlanningForce is perfectly adapted to our needs and helps us broaden our horizons thanks to the numerous simulations, scenarios and impact analyses that you can carry out thanks to its powerful reporting engine.

Interfacing & Development

The products in the “Interfacing and Development” category were developed to meet the needs of interfacing the PlanningForce suite products with standard third-party software on the market. These products are mainly ERP systems, project portfolio management solutions, CRM solutions, HR solutions and MES systems. They allow the development of value-added bi-directional interfaces (see Advanced ERP Connectivity) as well as complete functionalities that can be added to a third-party software environment.

The use of PlanningForce as central planning system, integrated with the ERP and other Information System tools, made it possible to integrate, automate and optimize key processes and management flows.

Sales & Finance

The products in the “Sales and Finance” category translate business assumptions into potential orders that drive operational and financial simulations. The latter are based on cost, payment and collection models that can easily be parameterized. The results are presented in the form of monthly dashboards that make it possible to measure the impact of the commercial assumptions on the company’s profitability and liquidity.

System Administration

The products in the ‘System Administration’ category allow you to manage the different products and plug-ins as well as user roles and rights. In addition, they enable the integration of PlanningForce users with the client’s Active Directory and secure connections and data exchange both between PlanningForce and third party products.

PlanningForce is a planning tool different from those commonly used. It allows fast and effective planning and scheduling. For an internal IT department, we seldom have time to look at schedules and we must respond quickly to business problems; projects are often launched in a hurry. PlanningForce enables us to respond more quickly to requests in a more structured way and especially to forecast a correct return to top management.
