Individuals working in offices and design offices will use the TEA module to manage their daily workload or submit leave requests. As a team member, when you are logged in to the TEA module, you will see a list of the tasks assigned to you and all the relevant information necessary to perform these tasks and record the time worked, progress and estimated time remaining. As a team leader, when you are logged in, you can manage the tasks of your team members (e.g. change the priority of tasks) and see the general progress of projects. You can also manage resource absences, unforeseen events and changes in workload.
