Operations & Execution
The products in the “Operations & Execution” category are operational products specialized in the different sectors where PlanningForce is present. These products allow on the one hand to retrieve the planning in order to organize it in an operational way, taking into account the peculiarities of the different sectors of activity. On the other hand, they also make it possible to capture the progress of activities, to record and react to events that occur during the execution of tasks.

SEM
Shopfloor Execution Monitoring
The SEM module is designed for manufacturing processes and, in particular, for discrete manufacturing processes. It distributes tasks to all workstations present in the workshops, allowing operators to log in to the system and select and record the progress of the work carried out. This can be done by manual input, by connecting to a scanning device or by retrieving data directly from a machine’s PLC. An overview of the progress in real time is provided to the foreman. Incidents are recorded in the system, along with all relevant information that will help to adapt and optimize future planning strategies.
TEA
Time & Attendance
Individuals working in offices and design offices will use the TEA module to manage their daily workload or submit leave requests. As a team member, when you are logged in to the TEA module, you will see a list of the tasks assigned to you and all the relevant information necessary to perform these tasks and record the time worked, progress and estimated time remaining. As a team leader, when you are logged in, you can manage the tasks of your team members (e.g. change the priority of tasks) and see the general progress of projects. You can also manage resource absences, unforeseen events and changes in workload.
CSO
Construction Site Operations
The CSO module is specially designed for the real-time management of activities carried out on construction sites. It allows a site supervisor to follow the progress of tasks in real time. This can either be done by consolidating the progress of tasks entered by workers or team leaders, or by directly entering the progress based on personal observations. Thanks to a tablet, the site supervisor is mobile and can supervise multiple sites throughout the day. Connected to the global project plan and resource database, the supervisor can also adapt the schedule and the allocation of resources to deal with incidents or emergencies.
