IT Infrastructure and Hosting
IT infrastructure services are services provided to help our clients optimize the design and maintenance of their hardware or protocols, such as security protocols, in connection with the use of the various PlanningForce products. We also provide hosting of our solutions when requested by the client.

IT Infrastructure
and Hosting
We can help your system administrator to perform the following tasks in connection with the implementation and use of PlanningForce in your network :
– Manage user accounts (e.g. with LDAP)
– Manage software updates (scheduling of updates, data integrity tests and stability of results)
– Manage the interface with third-party software solutions (in particular to coordinate the update operations of the latter and to avoid performance regressions and losses of data)
– Data Backup and Restore management
– Manage database management systems (DBMS) (Oracle or SQL Server) and application servers
When required, we can perform some or all of these tasks for you, either remotely or on your premises.
We can also take care of all these tasks by hosting the solution on a dedicated private cloud.
Technical guidance
We provide technical guidance to help you make the right choices and optimize your IT infrastructure. This is done in terms of hardware, network and security in connection with your other software solutions. We also provide assistance to your internal or external IT teams in interfacing third-party solutions with PlanningForce.
Solution hosting
We can also provide hosting of the PlanningForce solution on a secure cloud infrastructure. Customers who opt for this solution benefit from a complete service, including daily database backup, software updates and upgrades, server upgrades, disaster recovery processes and hotline support.
